Proposed changes to Mannequin

My current issues with Mannequins:
1) They are detected as players in most custom clients because it uses the same borka/body resource as player, and they dont have any kin tags.
2) They can be used instead of wardrobes to quickly equip sets, but there is no buttons to do so. I think that the use of mannequins for this purpose is more intuitive than wardrobes because they can be observed in 3D world. This will not diminish the use cases for Wardrobes, because they can hold up to 3 sets. Also, I dont believe that Mannequins take decay damage while outdoors, unlike Wardrobe, so that is another reason to use them in such way.

To improve that, I propose the following changes:
1) You can set a name to Mannequin, for example "Tailor", "Miner" etc
2) This name is displayed for everyone in the world, much like memorized cattle names.
3) The mannequin has kin tag now, so it cannot trigger the player alarm of custom clients.
4) Add elements from the Wardrobe screen: equip put/take buttons and the ability to lock slots. The buttons should be easy to add, because I already did it in my client modification.
