Architect credo and blueprints

Add architect credo, based around construction and building of different structures.

The final quest bonus of the credo should allow blueprints creation
Blueprint will allow architect to pre-construct any construction or building, also providing all materials required for building into blueprint.

For other players blueprint will allow to place construction by right clicking on blueprint, and placing the object in desired place.

This will allow next amenities to the game:
- Blueprints will encourage trade greatly by sell of pre-constructed objects, like q200 kiln in blueprint, that can be placed and hammered without need of any resources.
- Blueprints will not require any skills or access to materials for user, allowing hermit to buy a windmill not having access to all of its materials.
- Fine art will also be encouraged, by selling blueprints for beautiful designs of buildings or other constructions.

Of course having ability to pack all materials for great hall in one paper sounds kinda broken, but the main intention here actually is to allow creation of high cost items for trade from bulk materials without quality taken into account, of course without any possible way to salvage materials from blueprint.

Credos that unlock village planning... once most villages have been built. ?
Being an architect should be a skill you can buy like any other.

Construction worker:
It allows you to plan structures in an area of ​​15x15 under one flag.

Construction manager:
Possibility to plan structures with an area of ​​45x45 under one flag

ARCHITECT:
Possibility to plan structures with an area of ​​100x100 under one flag.

Construction worker - requires unlocking the Yeomanry skill
Construction manager - Requires you to unlock the Yeomanry Lawspeaking skill first
ARCHITECT – -Requires the Druidic Ritual skill to be unlocked first

Each skill allows you to place only 1 flag

it sounds fun and creative but something tells me its exploitable.. maybe im stupid and have PTSD from some cave
