By the way nobody is really thinking about this problem in the right way. The current issue is that nobody is able to compete with people who have rage/theft/vandalism because usually they know the Meta so well they can get the crime skills and also out compete you in combat before you get your palisades up in spite of the cost of crime skills. Increasing the cost of crime skills has little impact and likewise i feel that timegating pvp skills will have nearly no effect. These solutions just address pvp and don't address the real issue which is how quickly people can mass LP in the first week.
We shouldn't be looking to target pvp skills we should target nerf LP massing in the early game so the cost of crime is actually a significant choice early game and not something that can be done on a throwaway alt.
