Willow Weep Usage

Postby Balanced » Fri Nov 29, 2024 11:37 am

Hi,

Would anyone be able to explain how the numbers applied to wounds when drinking willow weep works?

Thanks!

willow weep has multiple charges. thats the number on the jar.
drinking one charge, gives you a subwound called willow weep, so you actually loose some hhp temporarily.
after that subwound has healed. the original wound will heal, for a number based on the q of the willow weep.

basically it works exactly like antpaste.

Actually the wound Willow Weep doesn't reduce HHP. As it "heals" or dissipates it heals its parent wound the same amount.
Total misplay.

Hi, I'm not sure how the numbers work when taking willow weep, but it may be the mechanism involved in its effect on wounds.

Welp, willow weep's interaction has changed with update Tansy Ridge, at least with Punch Sores; it now treats them like any other treatment.

For those who don't know the percentage, like 5% or 60%, on the treatment of the wound is the reduced chance for the wound to split into other wounds. Knicks and knacks can split into Deep Cuts if you take too many for instance. But a Knicks and Knacks treated with a Honey Poultice for 50% is only half as likely to turn into a Deep Cut.
Total misplay.

Since knicks and knacks can turn into deep cuts, is there like a wound branch just like for skills or credos? From pesky ignore wounds all the way to oh shit wounds that take half of the life and never be healed, unless for a very specific item, treatment or in game natural resource required to cure it.
