After so much times and trying to farm that dungeon - we haven’t been succesful. I think this problem is smaller that people wrote here.

Maybe but I think it's possible that a bunch of them are just sitting in some random houses not being completed and perhaps not decaying either. I don't know if they decay or disappear as I haven't had an opportunity to see one yet myself.

What I am most curious about is if they drop visitor when you enter them. I would think it is highly likely that jorb and loftar did not take that in to consideration and created another way to circumvent visitor without siege. Giving trespassing on community places like markets with houses could lead to unintended raids if that's the case.

Technically rat dungeons are the only ones that decay. Once the claim decays, the house with the dungeon in it can decay too.

that can take a really long while. they should despawn at max 7 days.

if having them spawn early world is going to be an issue maybe they should just spawn in houses that have populated cheese racks in them
