Not REALLY true, but kindof. Even so, in my opinion the mechanics should encourage people from higher tier villages to primarily go after people from other higher tier villages. Somebody is going to be getting fucked no matter what, and it seems better for the game that the effort spend on fucking be directed towards higher tier villages instead of facebook moms.

I found this retard's scents 2ft away from a hermit's safepali where he killed them
He spammed safepalis in the entire area so he's ungankable

safepalis continue to only rly help griefers
hermits will continue to act like safepalis are good for them and I'm malicious or w/e
