Grab bag thread :o I've been playing for a couple months now and these are a few things that have stood out to me as currently egregious or potentially really useful.
These are Roughly ordered in from most to least important (to me)

When harvesting with scythe some products drop at your feet and some products drop on the tile they are harvested from. Please change it so all products drop at your feet (preferably stacked if you have stacks toggled (Please God add farming surveys))

allow us to deposit bucket contents into containers/inventory by holding the bucket and shift/ctrl+shift-right clicking into the container/inventory

right clicking a door jamb from inside a house universally makes you exit the house. some houses (stone mansion, stonestead specifically) don't make you to enter a house if you right click the door jamb from the outside. This functionality is already present on other houses (stone hut, timber house specifically).

Add a Hatch/Door/Cargo Hold/Clickable Flavor Object to wagons, snekkjas and knarrs which allow you to open the cargo and bypass the flower menu.

make mineholes and minehole ladders walk-thru-able. Getting carts and horses and other various things and stuff stuck on them kinda sucks.
Additionally, Allow mine elevators to work as people elevators so we don't have to click through 9 layers of mineholes dozens of times a day. Even make it cost coal or something to power.

Please make goats more 'Wooly' when they're unshorn, they're practically indistinguishable from shorn goats
Additionally, cleavers should apply a speed modifier to castrating animals

Hidden Hollows should refill after winter (or naturally refill over time. Maybe they already do but no one knows because it's abysmally slow?)

Buff Ant farms. Too much effort to make vs relatively poor LP

+1 It's just good QOL all around. Especially, please, the ladder hitboxes need to go. I built some of my mineholes on the opposite side of the ladder and I hate having to walk around the ladders when going down.

hidden hollows aren't filled on their own, theyre just storage. when my friends and i were first making our base, we decided to wall the hidden hollow near us into our base. we now use it to store medicine and up-for-grabs equipment
