If you think that this is even a little bit like the historical Middle Ages, then you are mistaken. In the Middle Ages, robbers lived until the first winter, they did not have castles and fields. They hid in dens and in the mountains like wild animals and ate each other there.
I am just proposing to make the life of murderers and robbers in the game at least a little bit like the Middle Ages.
Deprive them of property, any civil rights, forbid them to build villages, if they want to be monsters - let them live like monsters.

Wtf are you talking about? You need to watch berserk or smn

just get to the part already where you claim that PvP in a video game is morally equivalent to murdering people and stealing their stuff IRL

I'm not suggesting punishing players in real life.
All proposed punishments are strictly in-game.
There is a problem that spoils this game every season like cancer - the punishment of players for killing is disproportionate.
The risk of dying after killing a player should be close to 100%.
Now for most of those who do this, the risk is 0%.

The problem is the scent system is a game-ism. If snail was a medieval feudal lord who wanted your shack in the middle of the woods and you lived there with your wife and three children, WHO IS GOING TO KNOW HE KILLED YOU ALL? Scents should just be removed because they suck for both parties lol.

Honestly - while the scent system can sound neat on paper, it's arguably designed for the 2009 paradigm where even a Brickwall can be bashed and the game operates heavily on community figuring out the whole Mutually Assured Destruction -thing.

In a paradigm where you want the average Farmville base to be secure, Snail's base is going to be impenetrable outside from EVE Online -levels of insider betrayal. 99% of the time, Scents are going to be an annoyance at best.

I have killed AT LEAST 15 or 20 people this world because I found their scents after they ransacked some shitter roundpole fence base. The QoL for using scents does kinda fucking suck tho

in the middle ages I had a big round cock like a perfect sphere

Also Vinland S2 was ass. Elementary morality of "hurting others is bad, acktually". "I have no enemies" MFers when their Dad beats them lol. S1 was awesome though. And no, it's not because I idolize revenge at all costs like the MC did for a bit or sadism. I'm saying have a goddamn spine when someone is attacking you.

Wait actually. I said Stone Age, that is not the Middle Ages. And if you went Viking and looted you return to dens? Also in most cases in this game it's the realm rulers themselves doing the warfare, effectively the king annihilating individual settlements.

The fuck are you on about. Robbers specifically either got away with it or would be dealt with brutally and swiftly. I can't speak knowledgeably about groups of bandits or highwaymen, but you talk about "robbers" lurking in dens outside of settlement like they're some kind of generic MMO enemy.

Also you can do all that in game already. "forbid them to build villages" siege them. "Deprive them of property, any civil rights" These things are granted by a state. Form a state. If the state is seiging you, you are the outlaws. Perhaps thy monarch, sir knight, is neither fair nor just
