Name boats

The option to name boats when you make them could be kinda cool. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, just have it show when they're inspected. Fun LARP + would make managing keys a lot easier.

as we can basically upload any image, there's no reason for it to not come with a nice engraving too

Can't you just tell anyone to call your boat the way you like, and kill them if they don't? You don't need a feature for that
