I'd rather go mine to burn more stamina than just wasting time, but that's me ;)

I had a Q0 chair in W5 which drained 1 unit of whichever hunger bar you were on (i.e. starving was super effective) per 1 stamina, and I feasted on it to help recover my hunger slower. But then again who isn't using a plowbot to drain hunger these days?
