I see the project in a realistic way, rather than public forum/policy/rainbows and etc.
The way it could be done is the 1 explained on the first post -> you buy the land around the Trading Center and build the plot according to the layout. Or build and lend/sell the plot to someone else. It won't look like a usual village since the plot will be a village for itself (no comunal smelter/kiln/oven areas).
The advantages of such a plot might be guards patrolling near hardly 24/7 and the Center being clos, location in the peace SG.

The plots could be owned by 'claim alts', owned by DIS. The claim alts will give the buyer or renter of the claim the right permissions. If the resident wants to allow his friends to visit him, he should contact DIS.

As I remember few others wanted it, not me. I was always like building an empire and village network, and keep them safe.
I was inviting villages W3-4 in AD just for nothing, to be them safe, to give them chance to develop. And not the last thing, I invited them to be safe from some people that was in AD in that time...

Oh god, it looks like you are really upset that you cannot do anything without your old people. Yes we have a power. No, we are playing for fun, not for your "supremacy". If we make something we only make it because of "Oh we didn't it before, it will be kinda interesting to try!"

Ofc I want my allinance to prosper. It is understandable, I hope. But...
So far we did not take anything from defending the peace SG. Noone paid us for defence or we orced to do so. We even tolerate CK and Victoria vaults which belong to our enemies.
Trade center does not have any control upon prices really. It is people's choice to trade there or not. If they are not pleased with prices, they go to the forum and dictate their ones. If we'd really like to control prices, we'd hunt every village which priceswe do not like. This is obvious, I hope. Kinning is made to make my life easier. I mark every buyer by his/hers village name to know whom to watch out and whom to not. Also, it help to let know people when the market is opening. The real trade sharks know that in the trading center stuff are rather cheaper than on forums <-nothing really about the price control. The only time when we asked the trader to upgrade his prices was when the traders there (there are not only traders from Dis or Ainran, but many more neutral villages as well).

What's wrong with selling the land we claimed? People are free to buy or not. To live there or not to.
Is not everything reasonable? And things are working pretty well so far and people are pleased except for your Anti-Dis organisation.

Here I state that the ones who were responsible for the trading center robbing and trying to destroy such a great place are from our enemies and we have enough evidence about it. And we are aware that they are actually planning to attack it even the place is stated to be neutral and none of our enemies were attacked there so far. They've been tolerated and even allowed to trade and place their barter stands. But as they've done such an act against the idea I do not think they can discuss anything about ideas for the community.

Whats wrong with that anyways? If I had anything to do with the trade center it would be "corrupt", and reflect Gommorahs actions fully. We would extort the weak, make as much profit from it as we can, get the lulz while we could. 100% would attempt to raid villages that were selling same quality goods at lower prices if they did not raise prices. Who's to say it's right or wrong? I'm sure everyone in Gommorah would think it's a great idea.
