What makes a vault illegal? I was thinking of a seed and tool vault to help rebuild the village after a raid, or to help others rebuild after a raid?

Also this is given me a massive throbbing happy smile. :)

Illegal vault = a vault that abuses auth items ( statues, banners, pclaim, vclaim) to make the vault either un-rammable or make it so it takes more then one ram to get into the vault.
