you have revived someone that is in my village.. He drowned from server rolling him back into deep water after crashing from a bug he was in deep water and drowned

Right not fair at all .. According to loftar (who is no longer replying) tho's players were revived because it was a well defined bug. I tried get a explanation of what makes a bug well defined but as i say not replying anymore.

I don't understand how multiple deaths over a wide area can be more defined than a single isolated incident.. for example one of the people that got revived could have died because he was running from a bear and tried to swim away and this happened more or less at the same time.

All i'm saying is that if there are people going to be revived that died from a bug then the rest of us should get the same treatment or no one at all its a simple matter of i am also paying and want the same treatment as the next person. Maybe this was acceptable to leave people that died from bugs when they were not paying to play but it for sure is not when you are and yes i am aware that i have no entitlement to anything because of the T&C' just think its poor customer relation to just decide to do nothing because it is not "well defined enough" which ultimately boils down to a "screw you i don't care enough to figure this out".(maybe i'm wrong but it sure looks like it)

i enjoy your work and it's a really good game but i honestly think that if you change this policy of "screw you if you died from a bug" there will be a lot more people that play. I think of maze for example,he is not the only one that quit playing after dying from a bug and there are sure to be many more people who will be but hurt in the future, and this is where the real shame lies.

I do see the problem, makes total sense. However, in Loftar's case, if he was working on the server and knew he killed a bunch of people, I don't see the problem with that.

The fact of the matter is this bug was reported a number of time and claimed to have been fixed...
and yes if you keep the policy of no help if you died to a bug then remove perma death till you can say for sure people will not die from bugs..

Also its not a claim to have died from a bug it is the truth look at the cause of death and the location, i drowned on grass.

The problem is that they died due to a bug same as me and many others be it while he was working or not..
