Granger, I don't understand your argument here. Fish absolutely suck overall and drag down all their associated recipes, there isn't any runaway situation here at all, but a system of diminishing returns

i can get say, q300-400 bread

I perceive numbers of that magnitude as to high for food, see eg. this topic for an explanation of that viewpoint.
