Re: Walling
I got a question for you guys, who seem to want to make trapping animals with flags impossible.
Why do you need to trap animals in the first place?
Isn't this a more pressing concern?

Then it stays inside the same way logs stay in houses if you fell a tree on one.loftar wrote:Not quite, seeing how it introduces new problems instead. For instance, what would happen, now, if there were an animal "inside" the construction object at the time when it was finished?
Easy option is to NUKE EVERYTHING within the box when construction is completed... and also to make construction signs rot like everything else so they disappear after a while (If you want to get fancy, have the resources in a construction sign reduce by 10% every day or something until it finally disappears).\
Yeah, there's that too.Fjorn wrote:I got a question for you guys, who seem to want to make trapping animals with flags impossible.

I assume you mean of the total construction cost? Because otherwise, it will never finally disappearLothaudus wrote:reduce by 10% every day or something until it finally disappears).
Also, ouch. I certainly wouldn't want to spend more than a day constructing a stone mansion...
