Nettle Soup

nettle or pine was a very common food of the native people, also the inner bark of the tree as well.

I my self have eaten crushed pine needles and the soft inner bark of the tree.

I have made tea awell.

Nettle or pine have great Vitem C.

Also the saps of the pines make great glue =D
