If you think this, you may want to analyze what goes into making those 100 votes. It's not even close to a scientific analysis of the players. tbqh, the results of a scientific poll could be completely flipped from what is being shown here.

what is with you telling people that they don't matter or no one cares about them, sounds like we got a projector up in here
Again, how hypocritical. You brought this on yourself, I didn't initiate it.

I've already responded, and debunked, all of your points as to why your argument is invalid. That makes your productivity, once again, negligible in a C&I thread. I'm still waiting on your next point though, so please feel free to comment with one. Until then, please let the big boys finish discussing things.

CF is LITERALLY right next to TWO vortexes.

You're right, it's not scientifically accurate.

However, if literally every single man woman and bot currently online voted no on the poll right now, it would be less skewed in favor of one side than it is at 85-16. For it to be actually flipped, it'd need literally 500 more no votes. I think this is good enough anecdotal evidence to be pretty confident an overwhelming majority wants fast travel.

yes, because EVERYONE that plays haven is logged in RIGHT NOW. I expect the total active players is around 1000-1200. If we were to use the "industry average" of about 6x the "peak US hours" the number would actually be 1500-1800, but we tend to be fanatics here, and so we likely have more than the average of "1.1... account(s) per player) and "logged in for an average of 3-4 hours per day."

There's also the whole "I want CR back" vs any other possible response, and just reading through the actual comments in this thread says people don't necessarily care about the legacy crossroads as long as travel and its implementation is improved in some manner. By that logic, I say that the real poll numbers are probably more likely to be 30% for legacy crossroads, 60% for fixing travel, and about 10% for "kill teleportation all together!!!!111one" :P

The poll is literally 60% want legacy crossroads of some form and 30% want fixing travel. I don't understand how you get confused by this, your logic is garbage.

I don't think it is fair to assume that people responded correctly to the poll. I ALMOST said yes to crossroads, because I assumed it meant return to w10 roads, and I literally played when crossroads existed.
How many people play the game and don't go on the forum, how many people go on the forum and don't play the game?

The only concrete conclusion from the poll is that forum goers are dissatisfied with the current state of fast travel. This fact is made even less useful by the simple truth that Granger could be right.
just because people want something, and think it will be fun, doesn't mean that it will be.

TLDR: Polls give very little information. Mob rule doesn't make people happy

ps, please make fast travel bettttteeeerrrr. I am sooorry i said fast travel was bad

I forgive you, but also I told you so. I mean, not you specifically, but I told a lot of other people so.
