No, that always appears on a sheduled shutdown. When the server crashes however you of course won't get any messages.

think server can handle around 450-460 player now. server lags with more players.

Nobody in Sodom is experiencing lag either, unless you are in a party of 20 or more people.

"Not noticing" lag is the same thing as is not having lag. The definition of lag is noticeable.
