Re: Game Development: Cuck-Hombre
My suggestion is, since I doubt people got the ore smelted, is to change the smelting formula to compensate for the increases in quality. But dats just meh idea....

1. Dat sweet ++ore QL for everyone, as in the original patch tonight; big speed-up to overall progression rate for this world, but that's fine, the game is plenty slow anyway
2. World 9

oh I knew. Was just hoping such fuck up wont happen. They ain't new to this. While I'm hermit I was doing better q grind that most of the villages did. I got unfair ammount of advantage right now which I really hate. Being online for few mins when patch hits shouldn't make me top producer of anything and it did.sabinati wrote:you knew what the fuck you were buying

Re: Game Development: Cuck-Hombre
Selective nuke is not an option, as Jorb stated.
Some having gotten high q ore/coal while the others won't ever get it (now that L4+ got harder) isn't an option too, IMHO, since that would break balance big way.
So we're left with: Rollback to monday, or keep the higher q (1st patch) for the world to see how it plays out (and get data on what will happen with high armor/B12 q)

Seriously, who cares if quality on ore is insane as long as it's insane for everyone.

Re: Game Development: Cuck-Hombre
Any slowdown caused by nuking high quality ore will be overcome very quickly even if there is a slight increase to universal quality
