Level 4 troll gave Q237 bones at 200 survival which means 200+275/2 = 237. Therefore level 4 trolls give 275 base, right?

Yes, it's 175+25*level. It's true for the first four layers and there is no reason to assume that it doesn't apply to the fifth layer.

I thought the chance was the same as a mussel pearl, but another guy says a 0.1 chance.

Pearls are .01, 1 in 100.
