Getting this as well, I reported it each time. I was trying to figure out if it was something in particular I was doing - seems like it was crashing whenever I bumped into another object (not for use, but getting hung up on trying to path somewhere else).
I just tested it again, I was able to do somethings and bump into things, so not really that - it does seem to be related to pathing/changing facing.

Lightning4 was coming to a similar conclusion when we were talking about it. He had it happen the most when he changed directions a lot. I couldn't make it do it though.

Ah, I know someone got it to happen in the character creation room but I've just started a new character and I'm having no problems at all, I don't want to have to start a new character.

Weird. Something seems to have gone awry with the runtime versioning information of the linen shirt. I restarted the server, and now I can see people logging in, so I assume it's working now. I can't immediately figure out exactly what went wrong, though. I'll have to keep pondering it.

That was some very good sleuthing; linen shirts, I never would have imagined; considering almost every player has them. I'm wondering why I wasn't affected though.
Hidden in plain sight indeed.

You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.
