I leave the side off and my apartment tends to stay around 60 degrees F. Might also have to do with the # of cores? itr has 8 cores. i know fuckall about processors.
Oh, and it's liquid cooled and there are like 4 fans in there.

However, it doesn't appear to be working like my old pc. Does anyone know a good carpenter?

- Debian testing/unstable
- Intel Core i5-2400 @ 3.1 GHz
- 16 GB RAM @ 1.333 GT/s
- Intel B75 chipset
- GeForce 560, dual 4:3 monitors
- 7 TB RAID1 storage
- Fuck optical drives ^^
- Debian 7
- Intel Core i5-4570S @ 2.9 GHz
- 4 GB RAM @ 1.333 GT/s
- Intel B85 chipset
- GeForce 630 (rev. 2), retarded 16:9 monitor (y'all who use this willingly should kill yourselves)
Why would you do this? I could understand it if you were trying to build a very cheap computer, but that doesn't seem to have been your goal. Since Core, Intel is just so superior it's not even funny.painhertz wrote:>amd fx cpu

Re: SPECCY THREAD
Current setup:
Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel core i7-4970k
Asus H97M-E
Samsung 500GB SSD 840 Evo, random 2TB seagate harddrive (it was external but the adapter died)
GTX 970 1253 MHz/4GB VDRAM(3.5+0.5, hehe) / 3 random cheap-o monitors
32GB Corsair 1600 MHz vengeance
Thinking of upgrading:
New 4k/144refresh monitors
More PCIe slots
More graphics cards, since I'm unsure how a single 970 will handle a several 4k monitors
Another SSD to run in raid-0/1 for funsies, another larger HDD for animeee
More ram because playing with ramdrives is fun
