In Japan there are many stores that sell cards for various games. (Such as magic the gathering or what it is called)MagicManICT wrote:Certain copies of a Black Lotus from Magic: the Gathering has a 5 figure aftermarket value now (or close to it).

I think that some stores were ONLY selling (and buying) cards.
Most of the cards were not that expensive though.
Selling cards is a big, big business (at least in some countries, such as Japan).
I guess then there are some really rich people too who pay for these most expensive cards.

actually most of the stupid shit you see for sale with a crazy high price is more likely to be money laundering than anything else.

What if somebody hacks my account. Then forges some chatlogs and paypal transfers?loftar wrote:Let me just add to what Jorb said by stating that, in the event that there are disputes because of RMT (such as "someone" changing the password on your account, or similar issues), and you start PMing us about it, it's highly likely that we'll just ban the account rather than transferring it to either party. We've dealt with other cases of account sharing in similar ways previously.

I don't take external chatlogs as serious evidence to begin with, so that wouldn't count into anything. I've no idea how you'd "fake" paypal transfers. It's usually obvious from the logs whether an account has been "hacked", shared or willingly transferred.shubla wrote:What if somebody hacks my account. Then forges some chatlogs and paypal transfers?
