weird mentality. if i spend several months playing a game and contributing honestly to a village and then decide to quit, why is it my prerogative to play the game again if the village gets attacked?

If someone's on standby and willing to log in to defend their team I would still consider them a (barely active) player. They didn't really quit if they're still around.
