Been f5ing like crazy. Wish there was a way to see how many people signed up. I have a feeling my friends didn't sign up.

Looks cool. Of course, a cool concept and setting. But DEM AYEZ. They stare right down into the deepest recesses of my soul. Unblinkingly terrifying.

I haven't played for long, but it does worry me. What exactly will become of Haven if the core concepts are put into another game with better graphics?

I don't think there's anything stopping you from using something like mailinator to sign up some "friends" for the beta.

Nope, there's not. I used three of my alt-email accounts and a proxy through Tor (just to be safe) and have just received my beta invite. I have nothing against the game, it just seems like a trashy way to promote itself. I don't support pyramid invite schemes. And I only have two friends. That might be part of it.
Can't wait for the Beta opening, though, I'd love to see what Jorb's put into it. I'm sure it'll be something worth playing. Though, my recent searching around for other "permadeath MMO's" has only led me to a bunch of Salem news. And forum posts with several dozen gamers claiming it's going to flop like a fish because of the permadeath and/or open-world PVP.

Can not believe I would actually be one having to wait for an invite after everyone else has received one. :\
