Right/Click on the floor first, THEN press `/~ to bring it down, type in "screensize x y" to change it and restart client.

So.. i have several PC's and a mac, and i have everything running fine on the mac with the normal server, she's smooth. cant get pacho's to work on the mac.. but thats a permissions issue that i still have to learn about.... fricken annoying

Now my problem, i cant always use the mac, I got pacho's workin fine on other pc's, but i'm goin to work in whoop whoop sometime and i'll be stuck with my little umpc, which for all purposes plays.. eg. bioshock on a projector just fine. as to H&H.. it's choppy as hell with either travs, standard or pacho's

i've removed java, put it back, done all sorts of stuff, googled for solutions and found nothing but people trying to sell me stuff..... it's day 3 and i am asking for help? where should i look, what should i do, it's vista.... FFing vista, so thats probly no.1 problem. but i cant put win7 on yet

i dont really understand java, let alone html, a sort of proffesional contempt, i used to do alot of database and networking, but never web stuff, cept the odd vpn with mysql and point of sale systems, this java stuff is killing my sense of logic please help, please help, i wont rest till i understand this.... it's probly something stupidly simple

What can I do to fix this? Would fixing this also solve the "Connection Refused: connection" problem?
I don't think it's connected(unintentional pun) to your connection issues.

To fix it, really it depends on what version of Windows exactly you have, but here's what I followed:
1. Right-Click My Computer and select Properties
2. Then Click The Advanced Tab
3. Then Click Environment Variables
4. Select Path In The Bottom Box and Click Edit
5. Find Where You installed Java (E.g "C:\Program Files\Java\bin)
Its different on each computer
6. Make Sure to add a semicolon after the word bin in the path to seperate it from the other important paths
7. If this doesnt work then you may have to reinstall Java and Try Again
LISTEN TO THIS MAN.I had the same issue running Win 7 Professional. This cleared up the problem right away. Also, make sure you are running the right version of the client. I tried to use the 64bit. I didn't know Win7 Professional was not 64. Silly me.

Having some problems using this client with an existing character.

It works fine when I make an alt, and I can log onto that character perfectly with this client.

Screenshot.

However, when I try and use it with my existing character, trying to login from 'Where you logged out' just doesn't do anything. Pressing the button does nothing and the client is unaffected. I can login from hearth but I'm greeted with an unresponsive client which has obviously stopped looping because it doesn't re-draw when you drag it under another form.

Screenshot.

Anyone else faced anything similar? I'm running the x86 on x64 Windows 7 and I downloaded the updated haven.jar and replaced it.

Robin

Hello,

I have problem by using modified client. I am using WinXP, so when I try to run Online client (JNLP) it all goes well and everything.
So I choose character and it loads the world but then ALL stops. Problem is that even my internet connection is somehow "screwed" up, I cannot open any page (it does not find server etc.), so even if I end process it does not help...Also I must restart my computer but by doing it in windows it just shows "Logging off" screen so I need to hard-reset it after this.

Any ideas?

Hi all.
Is there a way to change the config.xml location by editing one of the files?

I want to do this so I can have two clients with different settings saved.

Thanks
