do you plan on selling plots or charging rents to vendors?

No rent will be there, still need to think about it, but I think it needs to be started and then see how it goes.
Only rules there in addition to not steal and vandal is no barter, just selling coins for stuff and selling stuff for coins. No stuff-stuff change. Exeption will be done for silver-gold, because both they are valuable materials.
