when you run through open gate on a claim you get a visitor debuff and the people with rights on the claim can evict you to your heartfire
if you aggro someone or are red handed or dont have heartfire and run through the gate and get visitor debuff and someone will evict you will get instatly KO

You can destroy your own hearth fire or someone else can destroy it given enough strength, the appropriate criminal acts and/or covering it with their personal claim.

Not having a hearth fire is handy when you are trapped somewhere or wanting to explore in a random way. When you log out and back in, the game will usually spawn you randomly in the world. At least that's been my experience.

When you have commited criminal acts, you can't be tracked to a hearth fire if you don't have one.

Since agro and autologout have shorter ranges and durations i think evict should get a dhorter range too!!!!
