Using bugs is a valid part of the game, as until they're fixed they will be exploited by anyone who knows how to.
The basic definition of a scrub is one who puts up moral barriers or perceived "honour" when playing competitively.
It doesn't matter, it's legal, exploit every bug you can if it bothers you, because until it has a devastating impact upon the game they never seem to get fixed.

Re: Ainran still burning - Fitch "slurps bitches cocks"
You seem to not get the point, Valten claimed that 6 guys were killed due to the bugram into that plot. Is that right? As i said before, what kind of retard leaves keys and roadsigns around? i tought u were competent players.
Aracos, please... I know you're an alright guy, but posts like these.... You're an embarassment to your village and I don't know why people still want to be associated with you.
Ainran claims winterfell has used multiple times the ferryman exploit, is that right? NO, actually from winterfell i believe it was used only by portgas once, ww and AD has used it more times, and i dont blame them at all for that, but i want to show how ainran is triying to make some lies as facts by repeating them a lot.
And well about you kaizo, i guess the ppl around me is real compromised with our targets and plans, we dont support the enemy and give the shoulder when we need. Dunno exactly what your problem is and why you would make an attack to me, but feel free to pm me on skype.

Winter is coming...

That is not fun and entertaining game play. We/they bugram, we/they bugram back. We level each other completely in retaliation and in the end everyone is living poorly. It's not fun, and it's not something either side wants.AnCap wrote:Using bugs is a valid part of the game, as until they're fixed they will be exploited by anyone who knows how to.

Also Aracos, bolding your text doesn't make it seem like you're super srs. Though you're doing better than "Painhertz"

You think destroying what someone has spent weeks or months making instantly is fun for them? Maybe you earn something from the raid but the fact remains they've lost something they worked on, expecting people to play fair when they're attacked for what they've earned is ludicrous, this is what I'm trying to understand when people in these threads are complaining about some arbitrary set of rules like you see scrubs complain when people use tactics that they cannot counter in other competitive games.jordancoles wrote:That is not fun and entertaining game play. Winning is fun, it does not matter how you win, the act of winning itself is satisfying enough to warrant using everything at your disposal to get this objective. The weird part is there isn't an objective way to win this game, so you're essentially griefing others. I love how raiders try to justify these actions and determine what's "honourable" while at the same time ruining other people's day to satisfy their own wants.

Using bugs that gives you no chance to defend yourself is not fun gameplay and both sides know that. That is why we have these "arbitrary" rules. Raiding and doing what you can to cripple the enemy is all part of war but there are limits. At this point both sides essentially have a nuclear bomb that we're both refraining from using because once it's done the other side will use theirs. I would rather raid someone normally than just steamroll them. This cold war is going to go on until the ram bug is fixed.AnCap wrote:You think destroying what someone has spent weeks or months making instantly is fun for them? The "coldwar" is not very effective because it seems people are using the bugs regardless, and what about people who will simply grief with alts and deny their affiliation? You can't stop people abusing these bugs at all, only deny that you use themselves.
There really are no limits to war, where did you ever get this notion from?
In the event of a nuclear war today Mutually Assured Destruction is negated by doing "first strike" operations and false flags, advancements in that area and defence against ICBMs, the most threatening of all being submarines as there is no centralized concentration of WMD's in one spot, apply this logic to this game.
You two big factions? You can fuel as many alts as you want and deny anything when you then use these alts to attack bases with bugs, there is no way other than administrator interference to verify who did these attacks, the only solution is the final solution; fix it.

You are wrong sir, pretty sure the only ones who knows walljumps are Alliance and D+A, any walljump in any of those main villages would just start everything.

Griefing nodes with alts is not a bug, why you would ever think that it is is beyond me. An agreement was made not to use the ram bug to break into the villages and we're sticking to the agreement. That is where I got the notion from.AnCap wrote:jordancoles wrote: Using bugs that gives you no chance to defend yourself is not fun gameplay and both sides know that. Making alts and using 'any' bug, then denying anything about them is what I was suggesting.
The knowledge of bugs does NOT stay exclusive to one group of people and believing so may end up with persecution of the wrong people. This is a perfect opportunity for some independent faction to exploit that mentality.
