Thanks for your reply! What do you mean by "excellent starting point in your economy" - as in it's a decent Q for my own tools and buildings? Sorry for being obtuseProbably not very much in terms of sales unless you get high quality wood and a kiln and sell them as higher quality bricks. They make an excellent starting point for your economy though.

I assume it's fairly low-average but I'd like to check as I haven't seen any posts in A&O with prices for it.

Yes, that's probably what he meant. Building a kiln with it, treeplanter's pot and clay cauldron. You're likely to use them for some time at that QL.jonglobe wrote:What do you mean by "excellent starting point in your economy" - as in it's a decent Q for my own tools and buildings? For a beginner town, almost q50 is a sizeable beginning before you start amassing trade goods to try and trade for a q60-70 set of clay. It also allows you to continually update planter pots and make good quality ovens at a relatively small expense to yourself.
All in all it'll tide you over nicely until you can start making contacts to buy better. If you ever do, depends what you're playing the game for I suppose.

"Clay Cauldrons have a default quality of 0."
So it is waste to use higher than q10 clay to make clay cauldron.

Roughly how long does it take to grow a full-sized mulberry tree? Wiki doesn't have any information.

depends on the type of terrain you plant it on. if you plant it on broadleaf forest(its native terrain) should be a few days, if not then it will take a couple weeks...jonglobe wrote:Roughly how long does it take to grow a full-sized mulberry tree? Wiki doesn't have any information.

About two weeks of irl time on non-native soil. Sometimes it grows for a week, sometimes even up to two weeks, you really just need to be lucky for that very last stage
