Not sure about the wax or skills, but the skep softcaps products. That does seem odd. Might be it hasn't had enough time around growing crops to bring the wax up in quality. Might be a side effect of a change recently.Asgaroth22 wrote:What affects beeswax quality? I have q20+ bee skep, q40+ crops around it, it produces ~q28 honey but q10 wax. Do i cap it or something?
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Could be a side effect of removing the expoit of priming the hive with a high quality field and then putting it somewhere without crops to get a slow but endless stream of high quality wax and honey.Asgaroth22 wrote:What affects beeswax quality? Current options:Ramki wrote:I just don't get it. I have looked at guides and they make it seem chasing a fleeing animal is easy. I can beat the shit out of a fox now but when I do find it again I can never catch up to it again. So how?
- Block it in
- fight it on sprintable terrain and quickly finish it once it starts fleeing
- One shot it
- Use a horse
Nothing else works.

Yes, horses can get knocked out but they regain consciousness after 12 hrs, it is a long wait I'm afraid. If the horse is out in the wilderness somewhere place a marker on your map and return nearer the time.cirsium wrote:Horses fainted when bears were attacked, will you get better?

Can the range of the village's area be expanded like the area range of the individual?

Yes, with village banners. They take a fair amount of cloth (note, though, that they take any cloth, and not just linen cloth like the wiki indicates).cirsium wrote:Can the range of the village's area be expanded like the area range of the individual?

if you build a 3x3 walled in area with around a minehole, will people still get the visitor debuff from the gate or will they be able to scooch over it without the debuff?
