Well I went ahead and bought a new gold sub today. Decided to look at all my accounts purchase history. I played legacy and all but quit when hafen came out because of hearing it required payments and had time gates in it. However, I came back in mid early world 10 and have been playing since. Ironically my total amount of money I have spent into the store of Haven is a total of 1253.50 USD. This game is by far one of my favorite games of all time. I have my opinions of the game in its current state just like the next player but I do hope my money isn't waisted and serious problems get fixed. Thank you devs for supplying my with a past time other than work!

Hi, I have verified the account and paid the monthly subscription, I have known the game for a long time, but I never played it in depth and now I am hooked.

Thank you so much for this masterpiece.

The only question I have is if I have to manually renew the monthly subscription or is there some method to make it automatic.

AFAIK there is no way to automize the renewal of the subscription. But you can always choose to spend a bit more money for a longer subscription and save a bit every month after that to buy it again once it expires.
