There's no honor in killing somebody after you tell him that you want to trade. He has nothing to do with ozzy and his mates, he just wanted to play, just like you and your friends.

The problem is that only raiders play this game with the raider mentality, thus they run around killing players on their combat alts while they build up trade skill and foraging related stats on alts they don't leave scents on. Most other people, hermits especially, don't do this and why would they when the consensus around here for the past while is that the developers want to move away from the constant alt use. So of course when a hermit dies it's a huge loss for them because they haven't only been building up combat stats on that character but surv, exploration and some trades related stats as well.

It doesn't make you a care bear for seeing the flaws in this system.
