You missed the part in the middle.

When you get KO'ed by whatever and your character is left basically braindead and lingers near death the next several days, where is the reason to login while it heals up? Or is your plan to foster alt factories, so that everyone must create plenty throwaway characters that he can waste some per game session and nevertheless has some left to login tomorrow?

Opportunity knocks is in the game.

Feedback noted. Will consider.

If you go and collect Opportunity Knocks in the new system I think you'll find it may make a bit of difference here too.

Well then please let us use all the moves in valhalla so we don't hate the system before we even get to know it :D

Me too, this is so much more amazing opposed to the old system.

I love that you learn random moves when you kill something opposed to just hoping a combat discovery pops up
I just love to stalk the Jorbtar™

God forbid that anything in the harsh wilderness actually be harsh, or in fact do any sort of damage to you that isn't just negated instantly by some potion.

I like clawing my way back from a nasty hunting accident, and they are by no means a common occurrence.

Some values might be off, or whatever, but your screenshot merely amuses me.

Why wasn't that the case in Legacy, Valten? Movement hits?
That was one reason for sure Jorb, but even the legacy system added a more meaningful fight without moving, one where you were using at least a variety of moves in tandem to try and outsmart your opponent.

With this system, fighting a character with roughly 4:1 the attributes i have (str, agi, most importantly) and maybe a 4:3 ratio in combat weight I'm able to mitigate all the double colored attack's damage, and keep any single colored attack damage to a very small amount. Just by spamming the same move over and over again. (quick dodge, or sidestep, ect)

The amount of time I have to find a way to get some distance away from the person attacking me is huge, be it jumping in a boat, horse, or running around a corner. On my lowly stated character spamming a single move.

I haven't tested all the moves yet, nor the combinations of. But that's my first impression from 30~ minutes of sparing. Concept seems fun otherwise.
You may have foiled the plans of BAD-EVIL this time, but there is no rest for the wicked.
