I only play pp for poker and bilging, both of which I find individually entertaining. My avatar is the drop pattern for a katana, because I enjoy extremely far-fetched symbolism.

I played for ages a long time ago. Somehow - its still the first game I download on every new PC I get. I do a few random battles a year. I'm a gunner/ carpenter. These days better carpenter, as I practice too little for gunnery. ;D I was also decent at making rum. I still love a good brawl especially using fish. I noticed that Ninjitsu are more into swordfighting.

play sometimes. I prefer swordfighting, carpentry and bilging to anything else in the game....

The screenie is semi-familiar, like I've seen the game on Steam or something. What is it?

As far as the "starcraft' comment, I've played one like it before. It is called "Savage," (same company and the origin of Heroes of Newerth) and a combination FPS-RTS--the team plays various roles in first person, and one person is commander in 3rd person view and is responsible for directing traffic and managing resources. I loved it and played a lot of it. Sucks HoN wasn't the Savage 3 everyone wanted.

Wish I had some screenies of my own to share of it. The servers still run, and I've thought about jumping back on again, but figure that this much later, the populations are going to be very low.
