no, it just means that the cellar wasn't completed. If you were capable of placing a cellar you would have gotten the error message you don't have a pick axe to mine the cellar.

Does vandalism scent left if I build on claimed area? Wiki says that scent is left only when object destroyed.

So I've read about the fuel bug for ovens and cooking where you wait to only burn one tick of fuel, does it work with kilns ?

Tried to dry around 40 wildgrass, not a single carrot seed but 20 wheat... Is there a lowest % or am I just super unlucky ?

I have read but not confirmed that WWW seeds collected in the same area will most likely result in the same seeds when dried. I suggest gathering some from a different area and see if you get better results.
