The Nazis supported euthanasia, too. I'm not saying you're a Nazi, and not trying to imply it, either, but it's a slippery slope from "encouraging," or even feeling some form of relief from, problem people (medical, elderly, even convicted criminals) to pass peacefully away to forcing the issue, then even to things like genocide. Best to not travel that road. Let people live their lives. We do well enough these days we can support the world at this point if we had the mind to.

Well, as pissy I was about Trump's inaction up to this point in the US, he's certainly been willing to take action the last couple of days, and good for him!
