Re: Please Ask Simple Questions Here
Why my mini-map is in simplified view even though it is not? Is it server issues? Is there an easy fix for this?

On the minimap there should be a button to toggle simplified view on and off (Ender's client feature) , if that doesn't work then that means that the map data might be bonked and not being sent to you. If there is a hotkey shortcut for it, I don't know it off the top of my head.donatas wrote:Why my mini-map is in simplified view even though it is not? Is it server issues? Re: Please Ask Simple Questions Here
This seems to happen every once in a while with some clients. Just double-check the settings or restart the client.donatas wrote:Why my mini-map is in simplified view even though it is not? Is it server issues? Is there an easy fix for this?
Worst case, reinstall the client.

Which is probably not needed in most of the cases, as its generally just a case of the minimap server currently not having the minimaps for a given area. And next would be that the minimap server is just down (kinda rare though).epicless wrote:Worst case, reinstall the client.
(In both cases Ender clients default to showing simplemaps, for the missing normal minimaps, in the minimap window.)

when you build a house it says any bough and it shows 3 different types, fir bough, elm bough and what does the stick represents on the right? Was there a third tree that gave bough?
