I play daily, thank you very much. When I chop down a tree for fuel I chop it into blocks and then store those in palisade construction sign. I only have one fence site for extras after splitting blocks and lighting ovens. I figured everyone does this since palisade stores 500 branches (in block form) vs fence's 10.

It didn't occur to me this would mess up people's livestock since I use actual fences for sake of aesthetics
