Mine Trouble Handeled

Ok so we found a cave with 2 mines inside. One we had to make and the other was right above that one. We claimed it and started building a wall. Theres was another cave entrance where there was a small village with like 1 house and a few smelters. Now they claim they own the mine when they had their own palisades and never claimed the mine and the one guy (LS) used his excuse that he is russian and will kill us. Since WE claimed it I think we are the ones who own it. What do you guys think in this situation? Also now a friend of the LS is in A.D union and threatening me when i allready p.med koya but the reason he suportting other guy is because they are close friends.
