For some background on the situation, this guy has stolen from us twice, both times we tracked, KOD and left him a runestone. Now our friend has been murdered, so we were asked to track the guy. Long and behold, its the same guy!

i killed a 100lp alt and got 3lp for it, if it helps as some kind of rough unreliable indication:P
