4. Smash their village idol.
5. Tear it all down.
6. Grass over the foundations.
7. turn every tree in a 3-screen radius into cups.
8. turn every boulder in said radius into runestones proclaiming the area to be forbidden ground forevermore.

10. Profit!

EDIT: Oh, and I almost forgot: drag all of their skeletons to the bottom of a deep mine and coffer-block it.
