It take's a while to break a whole metal defenced character with just a sling,heck with a Q300 sling you only hit around 300 and it fully depletes your attack meter so you have enof time to run.

No, a sling will not even damage the armor of a high tier armor. I suspect a sling wouldn't even get pass a high tier breast plate alone.

As in terms of mid tier bronze, most, if not all, of the sling damage will be deflected and by that time someone can react to your attack, mostly likely with a bronze sword to the face.
