My settlement was completely abandoned by ToH when I was making trip to Constantinople. But I fix my palisade, remove their runestones and start new life. I don't know where their village or fort.
But i don't want a revenge. All what I know - my settlement is in "their" SG.
And yes, last news on their site was Aug 15.

Hey elgato, we were busy exchanging words on the other forum. Why did you run off in silence? butthurt that i hurt your ego in front of all your friends?

Ever since i handed away lawspeaker to my chieftain, i didn't take much liberty speaking on behalf of all the guys, not my business playing politics for them.
The TOH empire is dead in name. but every player and every village/settlement from it remains, and in high spirits.
now they would consider themselves just allies in trade and such.

they didn't want anymore expansion, numbers were stretched thin, as was to hard to organize that many players. so new play style.
thats their right, its their village "Bevelle" (formally my TOH capital village)
I dont speak for Bevelle

------------------------------------------
so for the record on confusion and rumors:

1) i killed myself in frustration over a few of our small settlements i was currently helping, they were getting themselves in trouble faster then it could be solved.
and with the outing of starcraft2 and ffxiv, on top of my 4 hours of minesweeper a day. i didn't mind much.

2) in any of the final conflicts with the few villages you all loved hearing about.
no one from TOH was ever killed (in fact these recent conflicts had never even gotten to a fight)
an awful lot of noise came from nothing happening in those final days.
------------------------------------------

elgato is here now making his little war because i outed him to all his friends on another forum.
he was prancing around in all his non-glory, fooling that community into thinking all sorts of things.
So I called him an H&H clusterfuck failure who talks bigger then he plays. and now he wont post there anymore, but instead took the fight to this topic.

If i got Bevelle into a fight with him, they will forgive me, its just elgato after all. lol
but everyone should know that the evil TOH dickhead (me) isnt part of that plan anymore, and elgato is asking for a fight against players who have never even heard of him.
assisting him is your choice, i pissed off more then enough of you in the NE, or whoever remains. but Bevelle is more peaceful these days, they would take well to your presence in the grid (you as well little fisher)
or other such things.

ElGato may have failed from time to time, but he has a well known name in h&h as quite a sucessful raider and PvPer. You on the other hand are only known for one of the biggest fails I have seen in this game so far.

well i dont exactly see how. i accomplished all goals i set out for.
and every person i led is alive and happy to this day. i help set them all up.
had very little amount of drama for all the actual conflicts we were in. and ended.

but i suppose i wouldn't be aware of belt notches continuing to matter, on a second and 3rd character.
2nd and 3rd village.

even living alone in the wilderness hiding from people he fucked over.

i tip my hat to that great success lol...

This is the 3rd world you know that right? There have been people playing this game before you joined, believe it or not.

Also yeah, all goals well aquired. Becoming the leader of the greatest empire in H&H history who doesn't run away (or drown himself) after encountering the first tiny problem.

first? there were dozens of tiny problems, and just as many large ones. i been through everything with the guys. and succeeded.
my great fail was internal issues when it got to big and my frustration ruling over it. idol players from small settlements to far to easily travel, log on once a week to shout for help for problems they were getting themselves into. then not around when the solutions showed up.
if anything, i would say my only problem was expanding to fast and not being able to keep up with running it.
all the fun of grinding LP on wheat, and hunting was gone, i was the full time micro-manager in all directions.

i regret nothing though. things were fantastic.
i love the players at the capital, and they continue to be great to this day.

i kept us from some enemies, and eventual fate stalemated us from others.
i gave my (roughly 50 active players) over 20 mines to share. and to this day every one of them remains safe and used by them.

the only enemies i left them with were some Russian haters called cah? or something. but from all i hear is they disappeared one day and no more word from em.

and yeah i am aware this is the 3rd world. i just assumed players of greatness wouldn't do great in one game, then fucking blow it in another.
i dont believe in luck, so excuse my ignorance.
