Actually for leader person there are no need for LP and stats... my main stats is agi and const to survive... I just don't need them.
I have crafters, farmers, hunters, fighters... So when everything organized and all people busy you don't need to much time for all this. Of course you need few people to help you with this.
Also I think lot of citys system is wrong. One big city with mining forts or small colonys is best.

Managing an "Empire" in this game is soul sucking. Having to deal with four different Lawspeakers from four different villages is next to impossible. While from a security standpoint having multiple villages reduces the risk of being completely wiped out. It was simple not feasible to do from a logistical standpoint. And I don't even want to get started on the stupid politics that can occur.

There were other factors in the downsizing of the HRE too. People literately spent weeks to months of their real lives searching for a gold mine or q80+ clay. It's just not there. This caused more than a couple people to quit or move on to another village. And I don't blame them.

As far as recruiting goes we just don't do it anymore, nobody likes too. Once in a while someone will ask to join and we will consider it.

This, this is why you need to set things up in a way that does not make you feel ridiculous.

The fact that people have 6 month old characters and work built up makes it so you can never truely do anything in this world really. Thus people wait for the next.

I am waiting for the next world because World 3 is currently like dating a hooker. While I am sure there is some fun to be had, it's been used and abused and everything you get has been passed down from someone else.

It's much better to wait until World 4 when everyone is on the same playing field and everything is new and can be explored. Besides, I am still figuring out my schedule and seeing if I have enough time to dedicate a decent amount of time to gaming.

Yeah, it's not hard to catch up. I joined this game in the middle of summer (without knowledge from playing in the previous worlds) and got my stats up really high. Without macros.

You just have to learn how to play the game ASAP and start off in a decent location so you don't waste time and get killed by people from another village.
