Yes it is, so you should try be as nice and respectful as you can regardless of who you are talking to cause it can always come back to bite ya in the arse.. Just saying

i think it was some random people that killed you brody cause it was a ranged shot and one of there people are going to look it out. And if your from tinkertown look in the bottom left corner of the palisade by the charter stone to see if it was a ranged shot.

It was ranged, I think I saw a stone when I spawned there again. But it still could've been.
