Stickmans judgement:

I decided to kill him. and then i got another cow for them and penned it in on his property so that they may leave and continue looking for there mine (lots of rustroot). I took the guys merchant robe as payment for my hours getting over there and put all the other belongings on him inside his wagon. There are 2 hearfires so i assume hes traveling with a friend.

Murderer was killed and they got there cow back. I think thats fair.
