When i first saw it, i thought it was abandoned.

Which still doesn't answer my question, why anyone wanders around with CA turned ON in Nople. So in case it is abandone you pick up chantrelle, in case it is not you get WARNING that the land is owned by someone. Isn't that so simple?

Because the CA on/off mechanism sucks. You can accidentally leave it on for hours without even noticing. If you have never made this mistake yet, either you don't even have the tracking skill or you're epically vigilant. You would be one of the first people I know who have never forgotten to switch it off in situations like these.

There are 3 things I do first when I come into game (always). Turn on to see village claims, personal claims and tracking.

I never steal, trespass or do any crimes except if I go thief hunting.

Therefore, yes, I never accidentaly did any of above mentioned ones either, except if I ment to do it.

And even with CA turned ON, when you try to go on a claim, you still receive 1x warning before you can actually move further, which would prevent anyone from doing things by mistake, so those are only excuses imho.

You can still access the stand if it's placed on the edge of a personal claim without receiving a warning.

I don't know about that, doesn't it say "This Land is owned by *so and so*" ?
