Ok full story, no half truths -

We Live near a cave, but it has been blocked off, we waited for over a month no sign of anyone ever using the encampment, Made a hole, made a gate.

Explored the cave found various rune stones telling of a mine, found an unfinished 1, explored some more found a complete mine, explored more found another exit, dead village with everything inside overgrown or decaying to the point of uselessness. No exit thou as completly palisaded.

Waited for activity signs, none. Decided to use mine, mined a little. Fixed and repaired two ore smelters and a kiln, and the stone mansion, as all were almost fully decayed. After a few more days, decided to build an idol. (who wouldnt)

Came back idol was destroyed (confused, assumed cause i didnt settle the village that was reason) Decided to build another.

Saw someone on my side of the palisade, said hello, they said hi back, They asked if i built idol, i said now doing it, they said previous 1, i said yes but didnt finish it as didnt have lp to make it, they said good ebough for me and attacked me, killed me.

It was only an alt, who didnt have the skills or weapons to defend himself. On a plot of un-claimed land. Talking to any random person.

Yes it was un-claimed and yes it was a pointless murder.

However this matter is out-dated as i have no retribution that will not lead to more. (an eye for an eye, will just make everyone blind)

It has been settled in-house now, so i have no quarms with said murderer or their village, we have an agreement and aslong as that is kept there will be no need for future problems.

Thank you, to everyone who posted something.

Yes, it's privatization.
Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps, down new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision.
