This thing works in AD already. And works fine.
To make this working you need to see villagers, not slaves.

That is! you don't really need to implement a new system (automatic taxes, etc. Butko were talking about) because the game already permit this. Let the player do whatever he wants without UI or specific game mechanics restraints.

It works only up to some point. There is still no territory claim, unique flag, unique money, state flags, annexations,...

Coins that will be unique is only thing needed. Really needed.

Also interested in bigger teritory of banner-statue, auth quantity on them can be whatever needed, have no real difference. I wanna see real numbers to cover whole SG. Because in next world will be interesting to make few big villages under one claim at whole SG. I think its stupid that you need 13500 banners to cover SG of area which is 1/81th part of world when in AD more than 10% of active players on 1/4 of SG. It must be more simple. Then people will be making brickwall around SG and cover it with banners and make small kingdom on their land :)

No user interfaces ingame needed. At least its not critical. For me enough that we can ban villagers by memorize :) It was main problem in big villages.

IDK, I think a formal in-game kingdom would be very useful, if for nothing else then for a common chat for multiple villages.

Ofc, for state territorial claim there should be no banners needed and military fortifications should not decay if built in state claim. Also state claim should disolve if state fall (abandoning ruler village, steate disolve, destroying state building,...). Banners should be only needed for expanding villages. Also ruler of the state should have a right to disolve personal claims on state territory.
Ofc there should be some UI made for managing state. For example: appoint ppl to positions: ruler, advisor, general of army,... Ofc some UI for tracking taxes should be also available, but it's up to ppl to use it or not. And if we get coin system working there should be some UI to have overview of currently floating money. So ruler can decide or to print more or less or none.
Ofc nice addition to that would be to have senators or advisors in seperate chat. When one village is annexed and their LS accept annexations he automaticly become senator or advisor to the ruler and get access to that chat.

Best part after that is that this could make work happines of ppl (yep the bur ar your char icon up left there) in some way.

P.S.: ofc forgot to add, that state representatives can make someone a criminal and ban him from state territory. If they still walk around they would leave scents.

Then the game would become a checkerboard for major factions and there will be no space for hermits or little settlements.

Do you was in chat where 50+ people ? Its hell :)
We use Skype chats for 90% of discussions.
Each village have and one together.

Its really not ctitical but if look how to make it easier, I see Kingdom formation as:
-leaders of villages can be invited to kingdom by leader of kingdom
-kingdom can be created by gathering 3 LSs in party. Party leader will be kingdom leader
-2 bars of authority, village and kingdom
-all the time above hearthling from your kingdom you will se with name, name of village
-forts can be made - kingdom leader build a fort (non expandable by banner-statues) with size of village claim at any place around world, authority used during creation and distance to main village idol determine auth needed to build.
-kingdom leader can use kingdom auth to remove plots at any villages who are in kingdom (auth use can be 2-3 time more needed for plots he remove)

PS - I can write maybe 2-3 pages with details, but who needs it, if everything like this ignored. I don't belive Jorb and Lofar will do anything like that, they have their point of view and keeps it.

UI for taxing is bad bad idea... it will remove reality.

1 SG is 1/81th of world.
In game we have 2 factions that can claim whole SG, so even if they claim 2 each you will have more than 95% of world.
So your idea is wrong.

Obviously you can use the village chat or private chat or just ignore the kingdom chat, but a kingdom chat would be very handy. Information can be brought to all the villagers at once.
